This year students will be asked to go on line to the blog from this website and answer questions. if you want to participate too, como no!
The homework page will reflect changes , if any , after 5pm daily. Otherwise plans are posted 2 weeks in advance so students can plan as best they can. There might be some glitches along the way.
Some of the homework, must be done on line, printed and brought to class. If problem with printer, homework is still expected . Kind of labor intensive but still working as a way of doing homework .

Expectations for 2008-2009
* best behavior is important for the whole class to learn and progress. if student is unable or unwilling to participate in a constructive way, s/he will have to sent to the offce!
* book (Ven conmigo level 3 for Spanish 4) should be covered and brought to
class when needed.
* students will need a notebook, pens (for tests, quizes) pencils, (a
USB) at all times
* participation in Spanish is expected and encouraged. for those who are reserved make sure you push yourself a bit more everyday. This is a language course
* if absent for one quiz please know your child is responsible to make
work , take a similar quiz and retrieve from the box in my office.
* there will be no extra credit whatsoever. Make sure your child plan
accordingly.
* quizzes must be taken in pen only . quizzes in pencil will not be accepted.
* Homework is expected and should be completed not just attempted. the base for homework is 100 points, representing 15% of the total grade each quarter. if partially done the student will lose 5 points
each time.
at times students will be asked to do an entry in the blog,and that will count as a quiz
